FROM WHERE THE RAWLS SOURCE THEIR RAW MATERIAL?
The upper of our shoes are made of using full-grain calfskin leather imported from Europe and Argentina with handbuilt Argentinian leather sole and rich tan cow leather lining.

HOW DO I CONFIRM MY SIZE?
At Rawls, we follow US/India sizing. but in case if you're not able to find your size, just measure your foot length and width and share with our experts will help you out with your perfect size.

HOW CAN I CONFIRM MY ORDER?
Immediately! As soon as you place the order you will get order confirmation over mail if you still wants to make any changes in order, you write back to us.

WHEN WILL I GET MY SHOES?
Our all shoes take 4-5 days to deliver from the day you have placed the order. We have partnered with ARAMEX to ensure the timely delivery.

HOW MUCH IS THE SHIPPING?
We offer free of cost shipping for all orders.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We offer an easy return process on all orders within a limited time of 15 days from the order date unless marked as the final sale. Shoes must be in unworn condition.

HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN?
Please contact us through email before you return the shoes so that we can provide the return merchandise authorization code that you can include in the package for our easy reference. Any product without the RMA code will not be refunded. Shoes must be original packaging, in all original boxes, packaging materials, accessories and documents provided by us.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS A RETURN/EXCHANGE?
Our warehouse team processes return in the order they received. Once the package is delivered, please allow up to 7 additional business days for your return or exchange to be processed. You will be notified via mail once the return/ exchange will be processed.
