Ready to Wear (RTW) Shoes will be shipped out in 24 Hrs.
EXCHANGE POLICY
After receiving your shoes, you have 15 days to request an exchange. Any requests made after this time will be rejected.
We are happy to provide an exchange policy for unused products that are still in their original packaging, are brand-new, and are not on sale / Discount items. We are pleased with the high-quality items we provide and have astonishingly low return rates. Before wearing your shoes outside or on hard surfaces, we advise you to make sure they fit well on carpet because all returned items must be in great condition and have their original packing. Unfortunately, if they are not in pristine condition, we will not be able to accept returns.
For exchange you need to bear a minimal charge of $49 and our team will forward you an exchange label.
We don't make any custom shoes and don’t take any customization orders. You can only exchange the shoes for an alternate size in the same style or request for the store credit for any future purchase.
Sale/ Discount items are not eligible for return/exchange, refund or store credits.
Cancellation Policy
In case you have a change in mind just after making the payment, you can drop an e-mail at support@therawls.com with your order number. As long as your order has not been dispatched, we can cancel it and refund your amount. Post which the return policy will apply. (Cancelation won't be applicable on Sale items)
