The customer service was horrible, I reached out multiple times I swear refund, I needed the shoes for an event that had passed. The shoes were ordered on 14 April and I didn’t get them until almost a month later. Issues themselves or lackluster, not worth the trouble all the hassle. Won’t ever be ordering from them again!
I ordered a pair of grey sneakers. They arrived with stains on the side of the shoe as well as on the front suede part. I reached out to Rawls. After almost a week later they got back asking for pictures. After submitting pictures, they pretty much told me I was lying. They said all shows are shipped new and pictures are also taken prior to shipping. They never showed me pictures of my shoes. They said no refunds, exchanges or returns. Which it clearly states in their website that they offer returns. I never asked for a refund. I simply wanted another pair of clean ones. I would have paid for shipping. I will never buy from them again. Horrible experience.
I already own this oxford in 2 other colors but this cognac color with the heavy burnishing really takes on a completely different look which I love, The fit and all day comfort is as good as all my other 12 pairs of Rawls shoes. If you have the opportunity of purchasing any of the colors during this GREAT $79 CLEARANCE SALE I would recommend grabbing ALL the colors if they have your size.
I picked up this Black cap toe because I already owned the Whiskey Tan color and I love the punched hole design on the shoe. The punched in holes are actually what makes the cap on the toe which really stands out and makes the shoe even more appealing to the eye. The shoe is very comfortable right from the first day of wear and I highly recommend grabbing BOTH colors if they have your size available during this great $79 clearance sale.
Rawls offers beautiful suede desert boots with leather soles. But they don't have any to sell unfortunately. So why are they advertised???
I'm no stranger to Rawls shoes and I now own 10 pairs and a U.S. size 11 always fits me perfectly. The burnished royal blue color is a beautiful addition to anyone's shoe collection. I already own this shoe in the tan color so I know how comfortable it was going to be before I purchased it. The first day wearing them to work standing 9hrs on a sales floor my feet felt great throughout the whole day and they didn't even feel tired when I got home from work. The color as I mentioned is beautiful and pairs great with grey, earth tones, and different shades of blues. I highly recommend grabbing this shoe and others especially during this great $79 CLEARANCE SALE which I know you won't regret.
This was a shoe I noticed a while back on the Rawls site and I knew it would be one I would be picking up in the future. The shape of the shoe reminds of my first and one of my favorite shoes from Rawls called the Stella Oxford. I love the combo of the dark brown and the light tan which really stands out and grabs your attention. I also love all the brogue detailing around the shoe as well as the croc print which makes the shoe look even sharper from the back. I am a U.S. size 11 and the size fits me perfect in the U.K. 10 equals a U.S. 11. If you've never tried Rawls footwear I would highly recommend grabbing a couple of pairs during this AMAZING clearance sale that they are having right now. I have already grabbed 5 pairs to add to the older 5 pairs that I wear and get compliments on all the time.
